We work toward these goals, not because it is our responsibility or our job, but because of our love for these animals and our deep understanding of the human-animal bond that makes your cat more than just a pet, but a member of the family.

As suggested by our name, Alamo Feline Health Center, we offer full veterinary heath care for cats. From routine annual examinations to surgeries, we can treat and diagnose many diseases and conditions that afflict our feline friends.

Should your cat require medication, we have an in-house pharmacy. When a doctor prescribes a drug you can leave with it that same day and avoid a trip to the pharmacy. We carry many prescription drugs from antibiotics to potassium supplements.

We also can attend to your cat's dental health. We offer teeth cleaning to maintain your cat's winning smile. We are equipped to do extractions if a doctor prescribes them.

If you should need to leave for a vacation and need someone to care for your cat in your absence, we offer boarding services. Choices range from regular boarding to luxury boarding with a view. We give each cat special care, attention, and love.

Our staff is highly trained. We have veterinary technicians, several highly qualified veterinary assistants, and three knowledgeable veterinarians.

We also feature state of the art medical equipment. We have an ultrasound machine and a laser surgery unit. We are one of the few veterinary clinics in San Antonio to offer laser surgery. We are also one of three clinics in the state of Texas to offer radioactive iodine treatment for cats with hyperthyroidism.
